$5,000 BEST DEAL GUARANTEE - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Hagerstown Ford's $5,000 Best Deal Guarantee applies only to a bona fide, written, verifiable offer from an authorized franchised dealer on a qualifying comparable vehicle of the same model year, make and model, subject to the terms below.

Hagerstown Ford must be given the final opportunity to beat the competing dealer's qualifying deal BEFORE the customer purchases or enters into a binding agreement to purchase either vehicle.

To qualify, the customer must present Hagerstown Ford with the competing dealer's complete written buyer's order or purchase proposal showing the vehicle, VIN, MSRP, selling price, dealer discounts, manufacturer incentives/rebates, dealer-installed equipment, accessories, fees, trade allowance and payoff (if applicable), financing terms (if applicable), and all other material terms necessary to make an accurate comparison.

The competing vehicle must be new, currently available for sale, and reasonably comparable in equipment, configuration and MSRP. Offers involving demonstrators, prior-titled vehicles, used vehicles, damaged vehicles, special-order vehicles, fleet/commercial transactions, pricing errors, unavailable vehicles, nonpublic or customer-specific incentives for which the customer does not qualify, or other materially different transaction terms do not qualify.

IMPORTANT - PURCHASES ALREADY COMPLETED

The $5,000 Best Deal Guarantee is a pre-purchase price guarantee and is NOT a post-purchase price-match program.

A customer who purchases or enters into a binding agreement to purchase a vehicle from Hagerstown Ford before presenting the competing offer and allowing Hagerstown Ford the final opportunity to beat that offer is not eligible for the $5,000 payment.

Likewise, purchasing a vehicle from another dealership before giving Hagerstown Ford the final opportunity to beat that dealer's qualifying offer makes the transaction ineligible.

A customer may not purchase a vehicle from Hagerstown Ford, subsequently locate or obtain a lower offer elsewhere, return or attempt to return the Hagerstown Ford vehicle, and claim the $5,000 Best Deal Guarantee.

The existence of any separate return, exchange, cancellation or satisfaction policy does not create eligibility for the $5,000 Best Deal Guarantee.

HOW THE GUARANTEE WORKS

1. Obtain a bona fide written offer from a qualifying competing franchised dealer.

2. Present the complete offer to Hagerstown Ford before purchasing either vehicle.

3. Give Hagerstown Ford the final opportunity to beat the qualifying competing deal.

4. If Hagerstown Ford determines that the offer qualifies under these terms and cannot beat the qualifying competing deal, the customer may be eligible for the $5,000 guarantee payment, subject to verification and all terms and conditions of the promotion.

For purposes of determining whether Hagerstown Ford has beaten a competing deal, the dealership may compare the total economic terms of the transactions, rather than selling price alone, including applicable rebates and incentives, equipment, dealer-installed accessories, fees, trade value, financing terms and other material components of the transaction.

Competing offers must be current, genuine, available to the customer presenting the offer, independently verifiable by Hagerstown Ford, and subject to confirmation with the competing dealership.

No $5,000 payment is due unless every requirement of the Best Deal Guarantee has been satisfied.
