Sales Representative

We are seeking Sales Representatives to join our team! We are looking for customer service oriented individuals. The tired old way of car sales is over! We are moving into the future and need motivated staff to help with this new VIP experience we will provide our customers! We are implementing a new vehicle DELIVERY SERVICE! Highly motivated and goal oriented individuals can make SIX FIGURES!

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Physically deliver vehicles to customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • Must have CLEAN driving record!
  • Customer Service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

We have a tremendous OPPORTUNITY for qualified technicians to grow with the most progressive thinking dealership in the Four-State. Ford Certified Technicians, ASE Certified Technicians, MD. Inspectors, and entry level positions are available. We have the right opportunity for you to grow with us. We offer an opportunity to be mentored by Senior Master Techs.

We are currently seeking ​Maryland State Inspectors to become an integral part of our team! You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul automotive vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles

  • Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance

  • Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs

  • Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments

    Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields

  • MD State Inspector's License

  • Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Ford Certified (preferred)

  • ASE Certified (preferred)

Auto Body Technician

Hagerstown Ford has an immediate opening for a full-time Auto Body Tech with previous auto body collision repair experience REQUIRED. Vocational training or the equivalent Auto refinishing experience required. Must also have prev. auto body painting experience.

Duties and Responsibilities may include:

  • Must be able to weld metals
  • Remove upholstery, accessories , hydraulic and electrical seats and windows equipment
  • Fill depressions with body filler
  • Remove damage fenders and panels
  • Straighten frames
  • Grind, sand and file repaired surfaces
  • Repair or replace defective mechanical parts
  • Must have your own tools
